Cissus quadrangularis

Does it have anabolic properties?

No. But hard and heavy training and eating to support it does.

Cissus has some anti-glucocorticoid properties. Basically, anti-atrophy properties. I've seen some uses of it for tendonitis/fractures, but not really anything with any potent anabolic effects.

Like Steve said... eating well, sleeping well, and training hard is BY FAR the most important things you can do...

Yeah I recently learned that the sterols are phytosterols different from steroids. Also I am thinking of staking it with 7-keto. Anyone find an Organic Cissus supplement?
