False Grip Strength
This is going to sound dumb. How do you develope strength in the false grip? My ideas include false grip hangs for time and partial range of motion false grip pull-ups. Thanks for any suggestions.

You got it - spend time in a false grip. Hangs, pull-ups, negative muscle-ups, etc. Just don't overtax the grip and regress.

Do your deadlifts false grip style. I can't max my deadlift that way cause at about 330 or so my thumbs start bleeding, but it has improved my grip.

The false grip kills my wrists even with just hanging in the false grip and supporting some of my BW with my legs. So is the advice just to suck it up and try to work through it?

sounds like you might be gripping too high up on the side of the rings. place your hands where you would want them for a dip and go from there.
