I have not been to the mainpage nor the forum in months. Thanks for posting the link....it caused me to look around the forum and just reading the posts about the Masters Comp and the CF Kids Affiliation Bulls*** reminded me why I don't visit the CF Forum anymore. Thanks for the reminder! :D

I am not one of the Ewoks though I'm often called the hobbit.

I haven't read one of those Sunday musings of his, I just remember him mostly for his CFSB work.

There were a lot of diehard koolaid sippers in that thread. I didn't want to bother.

For as much as Bingo makes me want to choke him with his long-windedness, he is a good guy and has a good heart at least.

He's a solid family man, loves his wife and kids and runs a successful business and does what he can to stay in shape.

the fact that he does condone a strength-bias workout makes him aok in my book, even if he has a long way to go to get strong... but none of us started out deadlifting 500+ pounds. :D

his only fault is that he is a CF homer and follows them without question, he's a smart man and I wonder what it will take for him to realize that CF isn't infallible.
