This a good place to say HOWDY!?
I'm Chris, 43, Lic. Massage Therapist, Rehab Therapist, R&D guy for backcountry ski company, former trainer, coach, pro-fighter. Started Martial Arts at 4, trained in boxing, wrestling, TKD, Kyokusin, Muay Thai, BJJ, Sambo, Escrima/Kali, Krav Maga, Hapkido, etc... Started lifting weights around 8(?). Love my OLY lifts and variations. Do a little powerlifting. All for re-creational purposes. Love to recruit the young guys away from "curls4girls" to "compounds for the soul". Other hobbies - hunting, hiking, mtn. & road biking, backcountry splitboarding, snowboard mountaineering, spending time with my dogs in the mountains, animals, books!!!!!! Nutritional philosophy - Paleo, been 100% for 1 yr. Wasn't easy in beginning since my girlfriend is a Pastry Chef. Stats - 6'1.75" 230lbs. @ 8%bf. You could say I'm an endurance athlete that loves to lift. Just wanted to say HOWDY!:D |
