This workout put a hurting on me. I listed it in my log, but figured a lot of people won't bother looking there because they don't like me very much.

have we been that obvious?

workout looks pretty fun...

It was. This was the workout I'd been waiting for all week.

It's a lot harder to rack the Axle, due to the thickness of the bar and because it's non-revolving. Plus I'm lazy and have suboptimal PC form.

Not as cute as my son, but I do enjoy the Vblog. Always good lifts to see.

Little kids and dogs! They always steal the show!

dude its harder to rack because you aren't getting your elbows out in front of the bar. perhaps you mean that but I can't see why. you've got a good scoop looks like fun.

don't mind me I like giving unsolicited advice

You're right, Lucky Pierre, about the elbows. With the non-revolving bar and the weight relatively light, and my ability to catch the clean in that half-assed rack, it's laziness and not drilling it that's not making me rack it right.

One of many things I have to work on.
