One arm inverted rows for OAPs?
Hi there, should I use one arm inverted rows to build up to a one arm pull-up since I don't have any weights to do weighted pull-ups or rows? I can only do a half ROM OAP on one arm and a lesser ROM on my other arm and I cannot do a controlled oap negative. So would one arm inverted rows be effective?

Have you checked out beast skills? They usually have pretty good tutorial for these kinds of things.
