I thought everyone had got over the whole Spartan thing but it seems like I was wrong -

No. Book Cover sort of thing.

It may be a Cheesy title as was the Gym Jones version and every other fanboy twaddle blog post before that. ...going back to Weider probably. Hell even very legit super sharp guys like Ross E's rely on real bad eye catcher titles..


Never read it but I know Dave Randolph to be a very legit trainer.

The title makes me kinda skeptical too but you never know when you're going to find a decent program hidden beneath all the marketing bullshit.

Nothing wrong with being a smart guy when you're right. I should have thought to search there first.
