Interestingly enough, I think that some of these sound less dangerous than that 24 hours of WODs thing.

How is that not safe for work? There's a picture of a baby gorilla, a train, and not a single explicative on the whole damn page. You CF guys and your "WFS" nonsense; most of you can't even use the standard acronym for it. What's up with that?

Funny idea, but that guy's a windbag. He's killing his joke with all the jabbering - it's clear he takes this CF stuff too seriously, and that's a bad thing. I know from experience.

I'd ask what you mean by the 24hr workout, but I'd probably rather not know.
