What would you ask Tim Ferriss?
So I'm interviewing Tim Ferriss about Four Hour Body for the PM (woo hoo!!) and was wondering what kinds of questions y'all are interested in. I have my own huge list to choose from... if anyone's reading the book and a specific chapter or protocol piqued your interest, let me know and I'll do my best to include it.

Did he ever run the 50k? What happened? If he did, what was his time?

Why did he include the endurance chapter the book? He did not complete a 50k run, thus validating the protocol before writing this chapter. He seemed to have had a successful experience thus validating the other chapters...leaning out with ice, spriting faster, gaining muscle. However, he devoted an entire chapter to a theory he had not tested. Why?

Great question, thanks.

I don't mean this to get political by any means, but I'm really curious why Tim never even dabbled with PED's.

He went to all corners of the earth, performed countless hours of personal research, and tested all sorts of lesser known herbs and minerals....yet he never experimented with something that most people claim works very well.

I'm sure it probably has to do with issues selling the book as the majority of the US public greatly chastises any association with PED's, but I'm curious what his exact response would be. Thanks.

When is the interview? I just started on this book..

If you notice, Tim very carefully make sure that nothing he does is illegal in the sense that it would get him in serious trouble.

How much money does it take to rationalize your huckstering?

If he actually wanted to finish a 50 mile or 50k race or whatever it was, and to learn how to do it in the quickest amount of time, why did he go to BMac, who doesn't regularly finish his races?
