NSCA Tactical Strength And Conditioning

Has anyone on here done the TSAC facilitators course? Was it worth the money? Did you get any notes/slides/booklets/etc. to take with you or did you have to rely on your own note taking?

Are there any Fire Departments or fire/rescue personnel on here who are using this program? How has it made a difference in carrying out fire ground operations?

I am also interested in taking up similar course/s. I just do not know what happened but I suddenly get interested in survival / self protection type of thing. So far I have not completed any formal course yet but looking forward to finish five formal training before the end of the year. Please let me know what other courses do you suggest.

thanks!
