Supplements and Flexibility
Since I am not a flexible person at all, and have through these forums been given some good advice to increase my stretching, which I must admit had taken the back burner due to the lack of progress, I have once again started to really give my flexibility another push.
Re supplements such as CM, collagen, Glucosamine and MSM, do these really help or are they a waste of time and money?
