Pulls after Squats?
Sometimes I will flip them due to time, is this a no no? Feels much harder to hold proper starting position and a arched back after squatting. Should I lower the weight and do them after squatting or rush the squats and keep them for after if time is a factor? What would be the pros and cons to consider?
if pulls are a priority over squatting, do them first. if squatting is a priority over pulling, do it first.
