I saw back in 2008/2009 you use to program tall variations of the lifts quite a bit, but you don't anymore.
Any reason for this?
Do you still find value in them or have you found other methods better for developing speed under the bar?
I still use them quite a bit, more tall snatch than tall clean. I haven't intentionally moved away from them on the site programs. I have 3-4 of my lifters doing them twice a week in their current training.
