Z Health

I am looking at Z health at the moment and am confused on were to start..... and if it is worth starting. What is the best DVD/Manual to get?

I've got the R Phase and the Neural Warm Up Level 1.

I don't consider myself an expert, but I'd say start with R Phase.

They talk a lot about this in the FAQ: http://www.zhealth.net/zhealth-getting-started.asp
