High Hang + Push Jerk analysis request
I am having issues locking out my right side during the split jerk and the push jerk. When doing push press I can lock it out but still feel like I have to "grind" through the range". In the video you can see me push jerk it to 95% then grind out the rest of the motion.
Here is a video taken from the back during 9 different singles. In attempt #6, 7, 8, and 9, you can really see what I mean. they can be found half way through the video
The weight goes to about 95% of the way up, then I strict press it out.
What is going on?
for anyone who cares this fixed me:
added 40lbs to the push jerk in 1 week and it feels 100x better.
