Power clean form check

Can I get a form check for my power clean please. It's at 119kg and I missed it at the top.

You pretty much had that one. Pull positions were pretty good. You could be a little more patient and stay over the bar a little bit longer, but over all you got a good drive into the bar. You have to finish turning it over and lock those legs up right away. It was pretty much there you just had to hold on to it and really lock that power position in.

You will have that one soon enough!

It's all in your head! You probably felt like you were lower than you were actually were. BUt you have to commit to racking it no matter what. If you rack it and it's low, then it's just a clean rather than a miss. Jam those elbows high and keep pushing them up.

Thank you for replying. It's true that it doesn't look that bad in replay, but when I pulled it it felt like a ton. Couple of questions, when looking at it in slo-mo, the bar goes pretty far in front of my chest. I don't know if it's my starting position or if my second pull is terrible. Any light on that? I also jumped forward a wee bit on that miss, like half an inch

Thanks. I did get it later on, a very ugly one but a PR none the less. The bar gets too far away from me at the chest level, from what I can tell in slo-mo
