Power Snatch Feedback
Any critiques would be welcome, but I am most concerned about the second pull -- whether I am initiating it too soon or whether I am overextending the hips too far. Thanks!

Stay over it a bit longer, push more w the legs at the top (jump), and don't push your hips so far through the bar (extend the hips by bringing the shoulders behind the hips rather than pushing the hips past a vertical leg position.
