What Lifters Do Not Start With The Bar Against Their Shins?

Aside from Urik Vardanian I dont think I've noticed a lifter who does not start with the bar up against their shins...

Is my observation accurate?

Do you mean actually contacting the shins in the starting position?

I don't think anyone's going to spend all day searching youtube to find videos for you - I would suggest you start looking if you're really curious.
