Testing for the next cycle?
I'm planning to jump in to the next cycle and follow the daily workout.
I want retest my maxes this next week for a more accurate numbers for the percentage work. My lifts are down in comparison to a few months ago and I dont want to over estimate and stall out early. My question is what lifts should I make sure I test over the next week or two? Snatch, C&J, FS, HBBS, Power SN and CLN, OHS, muscle snatch, push press, deadlift, bench press? |
assuming you are training to be an olympic-lifter...snatch and clean/jerk...
most of the coaches I know about use these lifts as the % for everything. |
Ideally you have numbers for snatch, CJ, back squat and front squat at minimum. Max power snatch, power clean and push press are helpful too but don't go out of your way if you don't have them.
