I lift in the u15 94kgs and have a best snatch of 64kgs & CJ of 81kgs.
I just got two lifts redlighted in a comp on the C&J and need help with my cleans (urgently).
Apparently I am stopping (I think its called "hitching" in the Catalyst book).
I have a attached some videos of what i am doing and would really appreciate some help.

Biggest issue is the huge hitch you have transitioning from first to second pull in both lifts (snatch and clean). This you need to correct immediately. I would have you do pulls and focus on not hitching. Basically, pull, but not high pulls. Do like 2-3 pulls, then do a lift, trying to mimic the same movement.
Maybe Greg has another take on correcting this??
What Keith said is a good starting point.
In the lifts themselves, it may also be helpful to slow the first pull way down - like literally 3 seconds from floor to mid-thigh - so you can focus on maintaining constant pressure/tension and then accelerating without hesitation.

This. Watch the girls in the daily training videos that Greg posts. They're spectacular. You're completely stopping movement. Smooth it out. :)
