This is 230lbs x 1, my new PR. What I can do to make it better?
Add 5lbs? Just kidding.
- Set up with your feet slightly further apart
- Pull the bar into your hips as the bar passes your mid-thigh
- Delay the pull with your arms (your elbows bend prematurely).
- Finish pulling i.e. your third pull under the bar is happening before you fully extend your hips and knees.
