i was the national champion and record holder in weightlifting and powerlifting.
i droped a 190kg clean in my wrist and then i had 2 hours long operation.dr.put artifical rod and screw in my wrist.now i try again for weightlifting.i have satisfy with my clean but my snatch 2nd pull not working.my operated hand grip very weak what i do.
