golfer's elbow/medial epicondylitis: what can I do?

I've had golfer's elbow on my left side for months now and now I'm starting to feel it in my right side as well.

Any ideas on what I can and shouldn't do?

For example, should I do more ab wheel rollouts/evil wheels? I'm assuming that I'll want to avoid pull ups and that the rollouts require less intensive gripping while still allowing me to work on a shoulder closing movement.

Any other ideas for pulling?

Thanks!

I had golfer's elbow when I was still in college. I've tried different painkillers and other medications. I enrolled myself to yoga but I didn't any better. I considered stem cell therapy with my orthopedic surgeon, Dr Grossman. I had a slight fever for 3 days but after that, my elbow went back to normal. Try it. It might work for you too.
