Help with my sprinter diet pls!!
I am a 19 year old female at 158cm 55kilos.
monday : 20 mins interval sprints, lower body weight+abs
tuesday: 20 mins interval sprints, upper body weights+abs
wednesday: 30-40 min, circuit
thursday: 20mins. interval sprints, track session in the evening
friday: circuit, upper body weights+abs
saturday: 20 minutes intervals sprints, lower body weights
sunday: rest :)
please help me as once a week i end up eating lots of unhealthy carbs as I end up hungryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Im a track sprinter!
Coll training schedule, what is it you want this diet plan to do for you, what goals do you have that you want this to help you with?
What guidelines (if any) are you trying to adhere to?
With as much sprinting and training sessions as you are doing I'm surprised you are only binging once a week.
