12 Week Strength Cycle Question
Greg and team- I'm currently in the 12 week strength. On the occasion that I feel really good/strong, do you recommend staying away from PR attempts? Example, today after 3 POS snatch and heavy snatch pulls, I felt like I could make a run at a PR. Thoughts?

If you feel PR good on a certain day, go for it, but be prepared to possibly not be able to hit the prescribed weights on a following workout (not the end of the world).

Thanks Greg. I just finished the 4th week with a deload week coming up. I hit a 15lb PR on cleans. I assume that number should be my number moving forward when calculating %s for cleans?
