I've been looking at this for a while quietly taking notes and I think its a cool subject. It is as if there is an Athletic BMI where you are most efficient for your activity within a specific body composition for sure.
I'm seeing this alot with CrossFit, might be obvious to say but you are what you do as much as what you eat!
