Been awhile since I have worked out but here it goes...
50 Swings at 35lbs
50 Squats at 26lbs
50 High Windmills (25 each arm) 26lbs
50 Low Windmills (25 each arm) 26lbs
50 Snatchs (25 each arm)
I am dead but it felt good to work out again!
