BCAA’s appear to be pretty good at improving recovery. Ido Portal has recommended up to 40g post workout. I think that is really the time to use these. Keep in mind that BCAA’s can compete with tryptophan entering the brain and thus can disturb sleep if taken too close to bedtime. Let me know what your experience is if you start tinkering with them.
