Peter, I actually keep a workout log going all the way back to about this time last year here
actually looking at it now the start of the log coincides with the first time i did smolov for my back squat when my back squat was 135kg and had been stuck there for some time. So the weights i'm using for FSQ this time are pretty much the same as i used for BSQ last year.
After the first smolov cycle i went to a 150 BSQ and it's stayed pretty much the same since then.
When i do something like smolov I try to do the full 4 sessions a week but sometimes it slips to 3 sessions. I also end up doing 3-4 O lifting sessions a week as well on top of the Smolov.
