I know.... my breakfast menu often has plenty of room for improvement.
The plan is to wake up and get some veggies, protein and "good" fat, any way I can and as fast as I can. The pork rinds are an old habit, harder to kick than nicotine.
Years of drinking cheap alcohol trained me to down just about anything, so veggie shakes with odd stuff really don't bother me. Also, Whole Foods sells pre-made veggie shakes, pretty low sugar and lots of pulp.
Tomorrow some left over grass-fed beef, mango slices, and fish oil are on the menu. More paleo/zone probably!
