1 can solid albacore mashed in with 1 whole avacado and some Old Bay.
I apple, of course.
The usual supps (5 fish oil caps, one multi, one Mg), plus the new Cod Liver Oil, 2 teaspoons.

Brad, I dig pork rinds sometimes. Though I dunno if I'd eat them just after waking up... a little salty for 7:45am. But really, if you're drinking or whatever, and you crave salty snack food, the protein and fat of a pork rind I'll take over corn or potato chip anytime.
