I asked Prof. Cordain about this a while back. Any type of food partitioning along the intermittent fasting line appears to be helpful for insulin sensitivity but he felt that emulating the ancestral pattern- Lions share of calories in the afternoon evening would yield better results. The Warrior Diet certainly advocated this. Good stuff!
