Anyone else have a large difference between legs when doing pistols? I don't notice a disparate difference when doing other uniliateral leg movements such as bulgarian split squats...lunges..etc but when it comes to pistols I can easily knock out 3+ pistols on my left leg but with my right leg I'm shaky with even 1.
Also anyone experience knee pain with pistols? A few months ago when I was really trying to do pistols I'd get a weird knee pain so I kind of laid off and recently (after reading the article) I thought I'd start back up and so far no knee pain but just wondering.
