The benefits of those movements cannot be denied. Due to time constraints, I cut down my warm ups to about half of those movements, but try to find time to work them in as I workout. I use them as active recovery between sets (when I remember).
I especially like toy soldiers and leg swings and hate spiderman walks. Reverse lunges with twists are very effective as well.
