OHS singles from 75# to 125# (I failed at 125). 11 total singles
Snatch to OHS 5X5 (snatch and 4 overhead squats) 70-75-75-75-75#
Then, as a cherry on the sundae, did a pullup every 20 seconds for 20 minutes. Ouch, what a mind bender.
