What's your take on Staley's EDT routine for fat loss? (I know Mike Mahler preaches it with KBs)....taking 2 compound exercises...say a deadlift and push press, weights are at a 10Rmax, and SS sets of 5 going back and forth for a set 15-20min. I imagine the GH response for fat loss would be through the roof.
