No need for an apology. Based on your list of things you are good at I am definitely going to make it a point in my travels to workout with you.

I will make it a goal to do 3 an hour for the next month. I love goals.

I enjoy shooting, not required in my job so I have thankfully avoided the need to shoot anyone but once again I love training with the best. So on top of the weird workout it looks like I am going to need a shooting lesson as well. You probably recognized my signature quote from Barrett Tilman. It sums up how I view all the Martial Arts training I do; Pistol, BJJ or Muay Thai. I want to know when my fat is in the fire that my training will pull me through.

Luckily I have a great family and my wife and kids participate in most all of my craziness so I don't have to worry about my social life.
