Default 7/6

1st breakfast: a shake (Casein and Milk) and a few prunes and peanut butter.
2nd breakfast: at work the tunavacado mash and an apple.

Rating: Two breakfasts are better than one. More protein before noon! More fat in the belly, more weight on the bar.
