I am SO down with something called "The Death Stretch". I'm not so sure about the Bean, though. Will it turn me from "wimp to pimp"?

On a side note, I've realized I've gotten away from single-leg movements: split squats, step-ups, etc, and been stuck in various forms of squats, cleans, and deads. I probably need to mix it up a little.
