The 0.70 multiplier is pretty nice in that you will be able to maintain muscle mass but you will not be subjecting your liver to an excessive ammonia load. If you already have inflammatory issues that is something to be avoided if at all possible IMO. Stick with alkalinizing fruits and veggies for the carbs and I think you have a potent tool for cooling an over active immune system.
Intermittent fasting sounds like it might be a bit much to take on. That said I would try sticking with ~4meals per day. This will allow some periods of time in which your liver and digestive system are not processing food and that alone can reduce inflammation. If you do attempt some therapeutic fasting make sure to bring your doctor into the process.
