Good on you, Ron. Even if you only hit the "Novice" numbers set-forth by Rippetoe, you are good for YOUR goals in Life. as he states in his book, ""Novice" means a person training regularly for a period of 3-9 months. This strength level supports the demands of vigorous recreational activities.
