I would like to learn how to jump to my feet from my knees with 255# on my back.
You'd be surprised how often that comes up for me.
Side note: I came across a bar loaded with 410# on it and decided I'd try to shrug it (it was in the deadlift rack up about mid-thigh level).
It did not move. I could use a little Louie Simmons.
