The old Pass/Fail grade...no misunderstandings....you get 140...good job....130 get lost....eliminates anyone trying to find loopholes later and potential whinners since you know it has to be pretty hard for 3 hours to answer 15 questions...no idea about the 1/2 credit, somehow like a lift...you either do it right, or get it wrong....
