Static Holds with 25lbs plate

2 sets of 15 second holds

1 set of 15 sec hold with 35 lbs plate

Been eating lots of food and I mean lots of it and I have tons of energy and feel much stronger. Waiting for the COC grippers to come in and start working on more grip work since it needs work.
