Veggies and Fruit
I've got this friend who is trying to do the whole Paleo thing. However, this friend REALLY likes fruit, but isn't such a fan of the veggies. To what degree do you think my friend's preference for fruit will hinder his fat loss/performance goals?
Right now, the balance of produce I'm...I mean he's consuming would be hovering at about 70 % fruit and 30 % veggies. If you're so inclined, please elaborate for my friend on the negative effects on fat loss/performance that fruit could have.
Again, this is just some information I want to give my friend.
MY diet is all squared away. I am 100% paleo all day, every day.
