In serious mode now: Possibly overall sleep quality has improved. You may not get to sleep immediately but once you go down it may be deep, restful level 4 sleep. Duration is important but an uninterrupted sleep cycle is VERY important. Waking mid cycle registers as a potent stressor and can really mess with things.
