CF is great preparation for BJJ/MMA.

In general, combining the traditional CF WOD training schedule, 3 on 1 off, with (for example) a BJJ schedule of 4 days a week would be an overload on your body. BJJ training is a great met-con workout by itself, considering that nearly all academies go through some sort of conditioning/S&C program as part of the class.

I'm not saying that a strict combination couldn't be done with great success but you'd need to place a serious emphasis on nutrition & recovery...basically quit your job and train full time.
