Default L-pull-up prescription

Robb & Greg,

Outstanding P Menu article on (functional) mass gain.

One tiny detail I don't get, though. For the L-pull-ups, I couldn't quite make out the prescription (from the Hypertrophy Mesocycle).

Is it simply 6 sets of 6 or is it 6 sets of 6 at 60%. If it's the latter, it's 60% of what? Your 1RM weighted pull-up?
