Dinner:
6 OZ Turkey Burger
Ton of Brussel Sprouts
Black Bean, Cilantro, Tomato and Corn in red wine vinaigrette, I picked out the tomato's but my wife loves them. Unfortunately I realized I wanted to take a picture after I had started eating. Brussel Sprouts do wonders for my digestive tract apparently.
Breakfast the next morning:
Broccoli
Left over turkey burger
3 Eggs all scrambled together
I took these pictures for a friend that has diabetes and I am trying to provide motivation for him to adopt a more carb controlled lifestyle.
