Those are 'overweight' training drills. I'd have to check on the rules, but pressing it out is harder than jerking it. The rule is, "If you can press it once, you can jerk it 1000 times".
I mean, it is a 200lb one arm jerk and 10 jerks with 110lbers. This gym has some strong guys. Note the arm wrestling bench in the background.
